RKP InnoInvest GmbH was founded in July 2022 by 4 partners from different economic sectors because we see great potential in the market for our Cash & Sweat business model. Our mission is to promote interesting and courageous startups in order to support them in implementing their idea. Our partnerships are based on a value system for a secure, shared future and economic success

Cash & Sweat is the principle by which companies and startups are supported in the phases of setting up and running their business. On the one hand, RKP InnoInvest invests capital, i.e. “cash”, and on the other hand supports the new partners with strategic services – “sweat”, such as tax optimization, funding, human resources management, marketing and sales strategies, and IT consulting. Our experts from the existing companies of the RKP Group such as RKP Unternehmensberatung, RKP Steuerberatung, RKP Marketing and RKP IT-Solutions come along as sparring partners and take on various tasks, completely individually.
